Spectacular views, cautious and super friendly hostess, great food

Beautiful and stunning view. We are family of 12 and we had a good time staying at Sun House. unfortunately we had only one night. All the facilities are great. The host is very accommodating and fast respond to all my enquiries. Highly recommended if you stay in Khulo👍🏼

Very cozy cottage in the middle of khulo,equipped with everything,we also had internet thanks to the owner.

Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. We were greeted by the owner. The location is about 20 minutes from restaurant and market. In front of the house there is place to.park your car. Bathroom is outside of the aparment but on the same level just behind the doors.

The couple (parents of the boy Luka) were very, very friendly. They prepared a very delicious dinner for us and helped us for buying some beer in the next shop. It was very nice

Larisa, Jambul, and their wonderful family welcomed us so warmly that it felt like visiting old friends. The service was outstanding, and the hospitality unforgettable. Make sure to try the food – absolutely everything on the menu! It’s homemade, prepared with love, and incredibly delicious. After experiencing their cuisine, nothing in Batumi restaurants compared. Every time we ate elsewhere, we found ourselves missing the meals from this hotel – it was simply unforgettable. Jambul was always very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. There wasn’t a single negative moment during our stay. We truly relaxed, enjoyed the weather, the peaceful atmosphere, and the genuine warmth of this place. The presence of cows and goats on the property added a charming touch – the animals were friendly, and spending time with them was a joy. The hotel’s photo zones deserve a special mention – every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing how much love and care the owners put into this place. This was the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed at in Georgia. Thank you to everyone who works there and puts their heart into making it so special. A fantastic experience. The hostess is an excellent cook and made sure you lacked nothing during your stay. If you're looking for an authentic stay in the southern Georgian mountains, this is the place for you. I can recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much

We were travelling from Akhaltsikhe to Batumi by southern road, and I suppose it was the best place to have a rest on the way to the sea. Nice territory with big garden with apple, peach and pear trees, you can walk down to the river as well. We got huge upper level in the chalet including bedroom, big living room and terrace with mountain and riverside view. Highly recommend this place.

the living room has a great view and we felt like at home with extra service. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic and even with language barrier we had a great evening with backamon. Also when other guests arrived we had a good talk with them.

The hospitality was exceptional, we have never slept in such a pleasant, beautiful and special place. Everything is made of wood and it's just beautiful. They prepared wood for us to put in the fireplace, the view was amazing, the hosts are just amazing, they even baked cookies for us when we left. It was properly equipped, really glad we found this special place. At first we thought of not telling anyone about this place so that it would remain just for us, but it was so perfect that we simply had to share it with everyone. It is important to know that you should come prepared in terms of food, there are no restaurants in the area, but there is a fully equipped kitchen and nothing is missing. Highly recommend!!
