Yann is an awesome host, this place feels like home! Excellent food, spectacular views from the pool. A challenge to get there but all the more worth whilst you are there. Private beach, just 2 condos leaves so much privacy

This is a gem of a place, hidden in the forest. Wilma gave us loads of recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the area and they were all really good. Our tent was cleaned every day, beds made and even our laundry done. We were surrounded by the local wildlife, monkeys, birds too numerous to mention, crabs (which we only saw if you stayed very still for a while), frogs (we only heard them but didn't see any). We took the 25 minute trail to the beach which we had completely to ourselves. Not a lot of shade there except for at the far end. We were then treated to a huge tropical storm on the evening of our last night - quite spectacular from the shelter of our tents veranda.

Our stay was better than expected. The property is exactly as it states, a tent imersed in the jungle. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We even got a guided tour from their dog. She guided us through the jungle to the beach and back. It was truly a memorable experience.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The food was the best and most delicious homemade cooking, and it was convenient to have the restaurant right on the property. I loved the nature sounds, we could hear and even see monkeys and parrots up in the trees right off our balcony, the overall atmosphere was so tropical and exotic! The nearby bioluminescence kayak tour was a great addition to our stay too. The closest public. beach, Playa Organos, was long and beautiful (just beware there are no free facilities at the beach, there is a bar that charges $2 to use their washroom). Otherwise the beach was very nice, the waves were fun to jump on, there was no crowds and lots of beach space to walk along the water line. Another beach at a nature reserve Curu was about 30 min away driving, but was worth visiting (and paying to get into the park) as you get to see a few families of monkeys all around (just be cautious they'll try to go through your belongings if left unattended in the shade).

Thomas is such an amazing host, makes you feel right at home. We had a great stay at the lodge - lovely room & great breakfast. We were so pleasantly surprised by these amazing cabins! The craftsmanship is astoundingly beautiful. We were also thrilled to learn that there is a delicious restaurant on site. We ate there twice and got take out once. Everything was super yummy!! I highly recommend the pitahaya agua fresca:) Karol was an amazing hostess and very easy to communicate with. This was a special Costa Rican experience that we will never forget!
