One of the highlights of my trip to Armenia! The hosts are the nicest couple imaginable, so fun and friendly, I had a wonderful stay here. I was even invited on a foraging trip in the mountains, and was served the delicious foraged greens for breakfast the next day. Not to mention the incredible home made cognac! A wonderful experience. The place itself is in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the mountains, and wonderfully kept clean rooms and facilities.

We stayed one night in Spandaryan House. Rooms are simple but clean. We ate dinner and breakfast and food was delicious! Also, Yura, the host, brought us in Yeghis valley. Beautiful experience. We recommend this guesthouse.

The balcony of my room offered a view over the Garden of Eden; full of fruit trees, grapes, and crowing roosters. The enterprising owners of Old Bridge also own a wine domain, a restaurant, and a wine tasting facility, overlooking their vineyards. Transportation to go there from the accomodation can be arranged and is highly recommendable Their wine is absolutely fabulous.

Gohar and Manuk and also their three daughters are real treasures. They are very nice and pleasant and also talented people. They welcomed us not as guests, but as real relatives. Gohar and Manuk's home cooked food was absolutely delicious and Manuk's wine and vodka are world class. In LiViTi, everything is real and wonderful, but the best thing are the hosts.
