From the moment we arrived, Salim greeted us with a warm smile and helped us with our bags, even late into the night after watching football. His hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. Seif, the owner, made us feel like part of the family from day one. I was unwell during our stay, so she constantly checked in on us and surprised us daily with thoughtful treats like dates, chocolates, and complimentary use of the jacuzzi. Her personal touch truly made our stay unforgettable. Then there's Afkir Hicham, whose dedication and kindness went above and beyond every day. He not only assisted us with ordering taxis and carrying our luggage but also cooked special meals for us, organized a rejuvenating Hammam experience, sourced tea to aid my recovery, and offered invaluable recommendations for exploring Rabat. He even joined us for lunch, ensuring there was nothing he couldn't do to make our stay perfect. Thank you to everyone at Riad LalZahra for your exceptional hospitality. The riad itself is stunning, the food delicious, and the people like Salim, Seif, and Afkir Hicham are genuinely kind and generous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Just in the heart of old town and close to all abreactions, next to Medina. Best part about the property is the host Rashida, she is just super . Most helpful hospitable and friendly person. Anything you need she will organise . They have a cafe where they serve local food and tea . Breakfast was good to start the day. Everytime we wanted to drink local mint tea they arranged for free..

A place with a history and soul, with beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and a team that truly cares. Thank you Siham for your hospitality and all those chats over Morroccan tea!

I booked this hotel very last minute, and had no expectations. I was met with open arms by the most welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make every minute of my stay comfortable. The residence is spectacular to say the least, with the most incredible moroccan decorations in each room and within the whole villa which is accessible to all guests. The homemade breakfast is worthy of a queen and the garden and swimming pool are very well cared for by the kind gardener. The residence is a 5 minute walk from the tram and from the Hassan tower and other breathtaking monuments. I can highly recommend staying here for as long as you can.
