If I could give this place 20 stars I would. It was truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had and it is mostly thanks to the incredible host Chimney. He is a remarkable person and host. He helped us so much when we had a car break down and drove us across Savuti to Khwai (which is an incredible distance). I highly recommend staying here and booking meals and activities with Chimney. His game drives were fantastic and he has a great chef who makes wonderful food. The lodge itself is very simple and comfortable with a very reasonable price but the extras are what makes the place extraordinary. Chimney is also a community leader and many things that he is doing is to help his entire village. It is clear the lodge is a labor of love for him and he built it on the site of his grandmother's house.

Absolutely loved this property and the staff. We were treated like long-lost friends the minute we arrived and were always greeted with a beautiful smile and our names when we came to the restaurant. The food was amazing and we didn't feel the need to venture off the property to eat. Such a wonderful introduction to Botswana and we definitely will be back.

From the time I made the reservation,they always responded to my questions and were very kind and made me feel at ease. There is a microwave so you can cook your own meals and there is a supermarket nearby. It was so safe that I walked to the restaurant at night. Optional tours can also be ordered at low prices. Anyway,all the stuff here nice very kind. There are some small insects,but there insecticides and mosquito coils available so there is no problem.

El personal es muy profesional y atento, aunque algo distante. Su ubicación es inmejorable: a solo 5 minutos a pie se encuentra un excelente restaurante italiano que se come muy bien, un supermercado Spar de gran tamaño con una amplia variedad de productos, cajeros automáticos y diversas tiendas.

I enjoyed my stay. The guesthouse is in between Kasane and Kazungula, but it was easy to grab a taxi for 8 pula to get into town. There are taxis constantly going back and forth between the two towns. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were gracious and kind.

En toda la comunicacion previa y mientras estuvimos allí, fueron muy rápidos, serviciales y se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades en todo momento. Nos ayudaron a pedir comida take away. En el desayuno se fue la luz y nos lo prepararon al fuego en el exterior. Está un poco alejado, pero si vas con coche o pides taxi, no hay problema. Nosotros fuimos solo para una tarde y noche, así que sólo queríamos descansar y ducharnos después de 4 días de camping!. Todo muy limpio.
