The family that runs the place us so warm and welcoming, constantly surprising us with plates of fruit and food. The facility is brand new. I can't speak highly enough about our experience. Theth is magical. The stat was phenomenal

Friendly staff, late check-in possible, brand new room/bathroom, very clean, nice view from the balcony (see picture), free parking on property, good wifi, drinks for purchase, Euro accepted for payment, breakfast delivered to room (basic but good: eggs, veggies, bread, coffee, juice). Good value for money. More like a homestay than a common hotel.

The room is close to the city center. I was impressed that our host answered all questions fast and with pleasure. It is so cute to have friendly person in foreign country! Highly recommend.

The atmosphere of Shiroke is quiet and peaceful. The hosting family is very kind and caring, I spent a week at Serenity and felt fully at home and part of the family. The hotel is clean and newly renovated, I highly recommend!
