The staff was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and good vibes. They had a very cute dog 🐶 Hot shower, good breakfast, laundry service and lots of trekking MAPS of different areas of Nepal available to look at! Me and my dad had a great time. Very close to the lake and tourisic areas, but located in a quiet street, so we had no problems to sleep :) Also we could see Machapuchare from the window! 🌄 Very nice!

The North Face Inn is my favourite place to stay in Pokhara. I love absolutely everything about it: the location that is not far from the lake but in a quiet alley; nice rooms and comfortable sitting areas; exceptional cleanliness; a lovely garden; welcoming staff. Sorry, if it sounds like a promotion but my review is real, I am just a guest who stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times. When I stayed there for the first time 13 years ago, it was only a 2-storey building, now it has 5 storeys. The owner does renovations every year, so the place is maintained well. You won't find any dusty nooks. Provided the low price, it is a real value for money. Earlier, the owners managed the place themselves, and staying with them was like being a part of a family, now they moved but they have got a nice administrator who seems on his duty 24 hours, always smiles, and is ready to help.

Excellent hotel with great service. We spent there few days before went for hiking and few days after. They got cozy rooms and delicious breakfast but the best thing in there it’s the service, very friendly and helpful guys who even gave us advices about trekking and kept some of our thing with them while we were in the mountains. Plenty of parking slots in front of the hotel and some safety place under the roof if you travel with your bicycle. Good WiFi with private modem for each room. Electricity works while power cut. Hot water in the shower and clean bathrooms Soft bedsheets Highly recommended

Great host! Lama is so welcoming and is a brilliant chef, taking much of what he cooks from his own garden :) Very good value for money, hot showers and comfy beds. Nice area for hanging out.
