We had an amazing time at Vjosa Guest House. The location is beautiful, with a great view on the Vjosa river from the lovely garden of the guest house. The hosts were amazingly friendly, super communicative even though we didn't speak the same language, and we had a blast staying with them. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was great. Wonderful family that welcomes you with open arms! We received an air blower so the hot temperature was no problem. Breakfast was the best we had in Albania with home-made products. We got the leftovers for lunch. Would totally recommend!

Idilic location by the road to Tepelene and Gjirokaster..Near river and in the middle of fig and olive trees. You can't park near the house there is some few meters away from main building. The room is clean, with nice toalet and shower. The terase between the trees with view on a mountains. You can chill out in a pool in the room is enough towels. We sleep well and in the morning suprise. Excelent and rich breakfast on the tabel. Nice talking with the owner and his family. We'll be back...

Small but very well put together accommodation in a great location, the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were travelling by bicycle and they had space to secure the bikes overnight and made it easy for us arriving. Our only small criticism was that there weren't as many plug sockets in the room as we would like...
