Our experience at the hotel was excellent. We booked a standard room, and to our surprise, we were upgraded for free to a deluxe suite with an all-inclusive pass. The dinner was delicious and varied, offering options for all tastes. The entertainment was great, providing fun for all ages. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, ensuring a relaxing stay. Without a doubt, a place we would return to.

With a private beach, 2 outdoor swimming pools and a night club, this luxurious resort boasts a great location on the Mediterranean Sea. Monastir International Airport is only 26 km away.

Everything went fine.special thanks to the reception team(very professional)and all the staff working in the restaurant/Bar/pool/beach/animation wich tried to make everything working perfectly but maybe it is time to make some change: 1-the drinks everywhere are too warm for a 48 degree day 2-the quality of drinks must be much better(1 week was not able get a mojito(the most standard summer Drink everywhere)cause there is always something missing) 3-you must take time and invest on the beautiful bar in the pool(putting some flower,cleaning the floor,throw the fridge and make some good decoration,indeed just google it how must a pool bar looking like)those details make the difference between a good hotel and great hotel. 4-spend some money to get a summer casual Outfits for the staff working on the bar/pool,it is a hotel not a bank to be working in a suit by 48 degree!!! 5-A guest relation is a need to make progress and have an ear to the guests

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Merhaba beach, and I am extremely happy with my experience! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the staff members, Ghassan. From the moment I arrived, Ghassan went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. big thanks to the hotel receptionists and restaurant, for extra support and service! Everything! The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially the lovely Mrs. Zainab, who truly saved my trip at the last minute. She was a beautiful spirit and a wonderful presence at the hotel, along with her amazing team. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was very relaxing. The location is perfect—right by the beach and close to the city. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a quick look at the city and the amazing views of the sea and swimming pool. Everything was spotless and well worth it. The entertainment was also a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception. They helped to fulfil all of our requests. For example, we had two separate bookings and went on a trip in between and they stored our luggage for us. I also liked the room, including the bathroom. Good choice of channels on the TV and excellent facilities elsewhere in the hotel.
