Very nice hotel with great hepfull staff. Nice rooms and great restaurant down in the hotel. The beach club Malecon 21 was very good.

Amazing hotel near the beach. The view to the sea was incredible. We slept so well there everything was very neat and good quality. Also the receptionist lady that welcomed up was the sweatest.. Breakfast on menu was delicious. Thanks for the amazing experience

I think this is not a place for everyone. If you are into "all inclusive" hotels in Cancun, this probably is not the place for you. If you can enjoy a "place out of this world", with a paradise beach right outside your window, coconuts picked by yourself and a calm and relaxed atmosphere - it is hard to find a better place. Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty food served on site (fish tacos!!). Clean sheets and towels (contrary to some comments). 10/10 from me, I would like to go back there someday...

It is a very nice quiet eco hotel on the beach, surrounded by jungle. We liked that it was secluded and it’s wonderful terrace to relax. The staff was very nice and the kitchen tasty. It is an eco hotel, so you cannot use for example a blow dryer (because of the energy consumption) but we loved its sustainable approach. When we were there, there were a lot of couples. We can definitely recommend it, since it is quite romantic.

The location is absolutely terrific! We could see the ocean from our bed, and enjoyed the sound of waves. The kids loved the swimming pool and the relaxed atmosphere. Would totally recommend!

I don’t understand some previous guests opinions about this place. Wifi worked for me ok. There was hot water in the shower. Jacuzzi works fine. Music was from 8am not from 7am so it’s just about the time to move from bed😊. There is no elevator but view from top floor is amazing both days and nights. Ok, maybe furniture could be newer and would be nice to have fridge but you can live with that. Perfect cleaning of the room. Thank you 🙏🏻
