I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Boutique Perast, and I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality provided by Boran and Adrijana. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor. Boran was always ready to assist us with any questions we had about the hotel and local attractions. His knowledge and recommendations significantly enhanced our experience. Adrijana, on the other hand, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing dining suggestions, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, her attentiveness was truly remarkable. The teamwork and genuine care they displayed made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated staff, and it definitely contributed to the wonderful memories we made during our time at Villa Boutique Perast. The facilities were amazing , clean , easy to use , alwayse available. The staff were superb, friendly , helpful and interactive. Highly recommended! The owner was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location about 20 m from the sea and little beach. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars. very quiet at nights. Stunning terrace like in the middle of the sea. And really nice and big swimming pool. Everything was really great - our favourite place in Montenegro!

Everything, it was low season so most if not all places shut at 11pm as this is a very seasonal place, if that puts you off don’t come here in low season, end of. We had a car because we were travelling all over but this is perfectly set outside the hustle and bustle of Kotor and 10-15 minutes drive from Perast. If you don’t have a car it’s 7 euro each way to Kotor, few nice seafood only restaurants nearby. the jetty is down a few stairs into the sea, unreal clear waters. The host and her partner were perfect. If you are from the west it is so rewarding for the price, it has a piano, the balcony is the full stretch of the apartment, there’s binoculars we saw Mars, Jupiter and Venus (the later two while the sun was still up). The ladder of Kotor walk was a must do, stop at the “cheese shop” which is just some family’s house in the mountains half way through the walk but it’s a nice rest bite. by some cheese and watch all the cats come to eat it haha. would come back her in a heartbeat in better weather just to enjoy the jetty more, bbq and sun loungers there to use. paid 50quid a night, would t get this space and hospitality anywhere else in Europe in such an idyllic place. Hats off to Ljubica!
