Beautiful location with views to the harbor & Ligurian sea from your window. We stayed in the Aargan room. There is a shared guest balcony that we used both days we were there for drinks/snacks and the hostess was very cordial and helpful. The room had enough space, the bed was comfortable, the shower was larger than many accomodations in Italy and all the facilities worked just fine. We didn't really need air conditioning (opening the window was fine), but turned it on & it worked. Easy to check in/out using online registration. We arrived by ferry & climbed the stairs (with luggage) our first day. Would definitely recommend walking up Via Belvedere where it meets Via Renato Birolli just east of the tunnel to the train station instead of taking the stairs if you have luggage with wheels. Small refrigerator in the room kept our prosecco and aperol cold so we could enjoy more time on the upstairs balcony where we met some other guests from all over the world.

The location of the room was perfect and the view is one of the best in Riomaggiore. Room was super clean, smelt nice and had complimentary juice, fizzy, snacks and wine. Very responsive host. It over looks a very busy pathway but the windows are new and block out any noise. Aircon works great and wifi is great. Nothing negative to say about this place!

The host is a very nice guy that gave us a lot of information regarding the place, the history, the testaurants etc. The apartment was right in front of the water, with a splendid view over the sunset.

The location is the best thing about the apartment. Right at the harbour, in which fish swim and you can swim/cliffjump. You see most of the sunset and are right in the interesting part of the town. The room is very clean, but the stone wall in Front of the bed will start to crumble on the ground - no problem, as the owners offer a fresh towel and bedsheet change around the time we noticed the dirty floor and they cleaned it up before we got the chance to do it ourselfes. Check In is possible 24/7 with the key being in a key locker at the door. The owners are very easy to reach via whatsapp if any problem occurs. The apartment was renovated in 2025 and it shows - except for the kitchen, its very new! The air conditioning was working fine and is easy to use, unlike many others. You cant find the apartment on google maps but on airbnb where a verification number is easy to verify on the italian government's website. Truly a new hidden gem at this point!
