Mr. Michaelis and his wife Merula who own the hotel treated us like they're own family. The staff were friendly. There was a misunderstanding but they did solve it quickly and everything was fine throughout the stay. The food is by far the best food in all of Santorini. Thank you Michalis, Merula and all the staff. If we decide to come to Santorini again, Villa Michalis is the hotel we're going to stay at.

the property was really good with a great view of sea. the staff is super friendly. we had a great spa experience, very comfortable and soothing. there were no spots for our spa appointment but we had only one day free, to do the spa. the staff accommodated our request and scheduled the spa on the same day. felt really good with their proactive nature.

Great location, steps away from the beach. Property was very clean and large. Nice touches such as water provided and a bottle of fizz, a home baked (delicious) cake. The room had an iron, full hairdryer, lovely amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Special towels for the hot tub on the terrace that overlooked the sea. Claudia was always on hand to help with recommendations, arranging transfers and anything we needed. Wonderful.
