Fantastic location by the seaside. Best part of the town. Hotel is really fragrant and very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Fabulous room with balcony. Sparklingly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. The breakfast is outstanding - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, a real feast. The hosts are lovely - helpful and cheerful. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing experience in Georgia! This newly opened hotel looks even better than in the photos! Everything is well built according to a European standard and perfected to the last detail. The backlit panels you can see in the photos are in fact very thin layers of stone, nothing is faked and everything feels very premium. We had a room with a large balcony and a view of the Black Sea. The rooms were spotless and what was important - they had a private beach which they cleaned daily. What is most interesting - the beach has magnetic sand which doesn't appear almost anywhere else in the world and it will even stick to your phone in small columns! They use it in the spa procedures, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try that. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in Kutaisi, but it's not directly in the center which we saw as a big advantage. The restaurant in the hotel is imho the best in the town. They even have a private baker on the property and a collection of local wines - as we understood curated by both local and European sommeliers. Both management and staff were extremely helpful and consisted of locals and professionals from Europe. They recommended a trip to nearby thermal springs, which we haven't found anywhere online, and also a local market, where we bought produce from local farmers. We got there in a rented car. It's easy to find the hotel and the parking is guarded 24/7 by security. When you are in Georgia in general, this is a must-see spot. You will get a 5* hotel experience for which you would pay thousands of Euros in European resorts. If you consider staying in the area, I definitely recommend staying in here.

We stayed at Hotel Riva in Kobuleti for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The hotel is very close to the sea, with shops and restaurants just a minute’s walk away on the way to the beach. Compared to Batumi, the sea here is much cleaner, and even in late August the beach was not overcrowded. The hotel itself was clean, with a swimming pool, private parking, and a safe in the room. Breakfasts were also good. Overall, this is a very nice place for a relaxing seaside holiday – highly recommended!

Cozy and nice hotel with wonderful yard. Ideal place for families and kids. The location is the best in Kobuleti, just seconds away from beach. Hostess Natela is the nicest lady. Staff - Maia, Nanuli and Shorena - are super friendly and customer oriented. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and meals are delicious. Highly recommend!
