Location was brilliant for us, family member in hospital, which took us 10mins in car, lowestoft was so near, bout 10mins in car again, so near for everything, highly recommend.

I only stayed for one evening, but I had a lot to do during my short visit, such as laundry. The facilities were excellent, clean, and I was able to quickly have fresh clothes. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained. Although I did not dine at the restaurant/bar downstairs, it could be convenient for those who have had a long day and don't want to head out. The staff were kind and accommodating.

Wonderful stay, very accommodating hosts and extremely comfortable beds. Room was exactly as advertised and clean, breakfast was a variety of Continental and also English Breakfast upon order with vegetarian options. It was awesome staying in a museum and getting to know a lot of history about Lord Kitchener. If we ever come back to Lowestoft, we will definitely stay here again!

We had a Bernese Mountain dog puppy with us who was made very welcome. Our room had two doors and one opened onto a small patio and then straight into large beautiful gardens with mature trees. He was welcome in the bar restaurant for food and drink.
