I travelled with my mother and I stayed in 2-Bed Female Dormitory Room with Shared Bathroom. I requested while booking to put both us in the same room. And they did which I am grateful for! It was my mother´s first experience of staying in a hostel kind of environment and she now has high expectations from every hostel! I stayed there during end of November for 5 days and the heating was excellent. Having kitchen with cutlery was helpful to reduce the costs of eating outside. I am very happy to use this as my base for the 5 days during my trip to Switzerland. To be honest, my other stays in Switzerland which were in fact in proper hotels were not as good as my experience here. Since we stayed for a long duration they provided us duvet cover, bedsheet, towels and we also got them changed after two days. Yes, the washrooms were clean!! Hence go for it!!

The property set up is one of finest experience in switzerland, with narrow road driving as an added experience. Most serene property with spacious room and well built kitchenette , most unique is the restaurant where music and people enjoy the evenings to the max... sunsets from here are just eye poppers. We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The location is absolutely breathtaking—right by the lake with stunning mountain views, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—the room was huge, the toilet was spacious, and the balcony was such a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was good, and the lady attending to the guests was kind and attentive, making the morning experience even better. The staff overall were warm and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. They also let us check in early and check out late. We loved every second of our stay and are already planning to return this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful lakeside setting!

Small, cozy, it looks like the owners live in it themselves. I love and respect this very much. We were getting back from Lucerne late, the children were already asleep, and it was a kilometer away from the bus stop. I called them, they picked us up in a car from the stop. It was very helpful.

À slightly odd site on two sides of the road but the buildings have masses of character while being up to date with facilities. Very helpful staff at reception and especially man running the front of a busy restaurant single-handedly. Lovely lakeside location and not too far from the motorway.
