the view was breathtaking in the terrace of the room. it was difficult for me to move out from it (i loved it). the room was very big with all what you need. the location was close to everything. Maria was very helpful and nice she made us feel like we are at home.

The staff was very attentive, always happy to answer questions and give good advice. On cold evenings, you could warm up in the sauna and relax in the spa area.

We have returned several times over many years and the quality is always of the highest order : welcoming and professional staff,; clean; extensive and varied breakfast of high quality dishes ; delicious dining in the restaurant; etc... We had a large 3 bedroom apartment. It has all amentities you want when travelling with kids. The pool area was incredible with build in spas overlooking snow capped mountains. Pools are heated. Across the road from Lake Lucerne where we could kayak.
