The check-in instructions given by the landlord are very detailed, making it easier to check in. 4. Free parking, just at the entrance of the apartment 5. Washing machines and household machines in the basement, 50cents/1kw 6. The room has a kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware and tableware are very comprehensive. 7. The location of the apartment is great! And small garden with the outcome to Bodensee is a nice bonus. The apartment is big and cozy. You have everything you need for the nice stay. Separately I would like to highlight hospitality of Sandra. She provided best service to accommodate me and my dog. And helped with advices.

It was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in in 50 years of travelling. the staff where excellent and extremely helpful. the views out the windows overlooking the lake were brilliant. Would recommend this apartment to everyon.

We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn.

The alpakas are fantastic, as well the nature around the accomodation. The breakfast is delicious! To visít to Salzburg is less than 1 hour by car. We enjoyed the atmosphere really very much!

Situated in St. Wolfgang, 49 km from Salzburg Central Station, gartenhouse has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access.
