I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

Located a 15-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Studios Floreal offers modern self-catering accommodation, 1.5 km from Nice Old Town. Great Location, close to the airport and there is a train station very near to the apartment, plenty of bars and restaurants! The host was very pleasant & kind, highly recommended!

Very nice and modern apartment incl. big private terrace in a quiet and cozy neigbourhood/street of Hendaye. Great location for a morning walk to the beach. Also, very friendly owners and very good/effective communication with them. We can definitely recommend it. Thanks again
