The balcony view is breath taking. Every morning we saw cruise ships sailing in to the harbour. Very clean. They cleaned our apartment every day! The pool is also very nice! The cleaned it every morning. It is centrally located. Close to town. Ivonne and her family were very very kind. Our flight had over and hour delay, but they waited on us and helped us in everything we needed. They made me feel as if we were long time friends. To me, the place and friendliness of the owners exceed the value you are paying. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay there !!

This was great studio apartment, perfectly suited for couples visiting the island of Antigua. The place was well equipped and we didn't need anything extra during our stay. Our apartment (condo) in Pillar Rock Condominium was one of the ones closest to Yepton Beach and with lovely views over it (we had a condo upstairs rather than ground floor). In the morning, the sun shines in directly through the windows that overlook the bay. (There is an electric blind to cut out sunlight for anyone wishing to stay asleep longer.) The condo is fully air-conditioned. The windows overlooking the bay can be opened but are covered with anti-mosquito netting. (Due to the constant sea-breeze, mosquitos are rarely a serious problem on Antigua.) Although we brought our beach towels with us, the condo was already equipped with plenty of towels, with the bathroom being fully equipped for every need. The condo has two walled mounted flat screen Samsung TVs (one of which was very modern and setup for stream Netflicks, Youtube, DIsney, etc.). The WiFi was easy to connect to and worked well during our stay there. The condominium has a lovely swimming pool with a shallow end suitable for children. The deep end is very deep in the middle, though only around 5ft deep around the edge, so it would be safe to dive into. The water in the pool was always warm and clean. We had excellent WA communication with the manager of the condominium complex, who also arranged our car hire and a local driving license. There are no shops on site, so car hire is recommended. I'd recommend getting an e-sim for ones phone before visiting so that one can use the SatNav facility within Google Maps for navigating around the island. (It was hard work with a paper map that we had to use before I got a local sim card working correctly in my phone!) A local supermarket (Perry Bay) is a short drive away and there is a local fast food place (Green Apple) in the nearby village of Five Islands.

Great location - close to the beach, market and restaurants ( miracles was one of our favorites ). Property itself was Spacious, clean and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space to relax by the pool. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and it has a full size fridge. If you’re staying for a week or more, would suggest going to the grocery store to stock up for breakfast food, extra snacks and ground coffee. There are restaurants around, but we weren’t in a rush to leave the house for breakfast. We walked to jolly beach, Jolly harbor, the market, and miracles. All other activities, we arranged a taxi with the house concierge. They made it very easy for us! We felt safe walking even at night to close by restaurants, just be careful with very fast cars going by as the neighborhoods do not have side walks. We hired a personal chef to make dinner at the house one night - at the recommendation of the host. The food and service was amazing! Be sure to book them for your trip too. We stayed with a total of 7 adults and never felt crowded! We definitely recommend renting this house. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful back garden with a variety of tropical fruit trees. Owner lives on property, so any incidental issues can be taken care of immediately. That's also adds a sense of safety.

The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped for all our needs and the porch has a beautiful view. The unit was very comfortable, clean and met all our needs. The box of toys was all my son played with while we were there. Thank you for all the additional stuff, the beach chairs are really comfortable and was a great idea to have in the unit for guests.
