Absolutely stunning position overlooking the Bay of islands. Marcel couldn’t have been more helpful and recommended plenty of things to do. Each apartment, studio and suite offer a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities. Right in town close to cafe's and restaurants and the jetty. Our family stayed in one of the waterfront apartments that had stunning views over the bay. The staff were extremely helpful and the apartments couldn't have been better set up with every comfort of home.

Edgewater Palms Apartments is located opposite Paihia's main beach and offers an infinity lap pool set amongst landscaped tropical grounds. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi.

All rooms at Edgewater Paihia have views toward the ocean. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities and an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating. Super location right on the beach. Staff very helpful. Recycling easy to do.

Pioneer Waterfront Apartments are located in Paihia, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Paihia Wharf, departure point for ferries to the historic town of Russell, is only 250 metres away. Vivienne was very accomodating and made great recommendations. Centrally located

Offering apartments with balconies and free high-speed Wi-Fi, Blue Pacific Apartments is situated on the waterfront of Te Ti Bay in Paihia. It offers direct beach access and apartments with beautiful water views. The standing of the appartement is very good and the view is amazing !

Situated opposite Te Ti Beach, Sea Spray Suites offer luxury accommodation with a private balcony or courtyard. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV (Limited channels only). The location was the best part as it was right infront of the Paihia Beach. The rooms were very comfy.

Bay of Islands Holiday Apartments are located in Paihia, offering easy access to all of the Bay of Islands charms. It has an outdoor hot tub in a private bush setting.

All modern apartments feature polished wooden flooring and a stainless steel kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Set back in the bush, so quiet and secluded Five minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops (including Woolworths just over the Road.) The owner was hugely helpful and responsive (and helped immeasurably in supporting us in being reunited with our delayed luggage.)

Each unit has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, while the private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. An oven, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Great location across from the beach. Amazing super king comfortable bed. Lovely warm unit.
