Walking distance to public transit, taxi, 7/11, restaurants. Close to Tokyo station and Tokyo Tower. Would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it!

The front desk team was exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time we came and went. The hotel was impeccably clean; the room felt brand new, which is a rare and pleasant surprise for a hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Mita Line, making it super easy and affordable to get anywhere in the city. The sauna was a fantastic feature and very simple to book, adding to the overall relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was having a washing machine/dryer right in the room—it was an absolute lifesaver during our three-week stay! Overall, Section L is a fantastic choice, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

The studio is well equiped, very comfy and Koharu the owner is really attentionate. This is my best experience ever for an appointement. Would definitely recommend ! The neighbrohood is calm and near the Ikebukuro station !
