Breakfast fulfilled every need we had, and we were truly hungry every morning from many days of activities and constantly on the go..... thank you for everything and specially for the nice strong coffee :-)

Apartments are elegantly furnished, with a fully fitted kitchen and bright dining area. Each is air conditioned, and has a bathroom includes with hairdryer and toiletries. Location is fantastic, it offers you parking if you need which is included in your stay. The flat was spacious,it had well equipped kitchen,spacious living and eating area,nice size bedroom, it had huge balcony facing the backyard of the building. We stayed 2 nights in room on second floor. I guess it was room 201. We did all of the Florence activities on foot. The flat is only about 15-20 minutes from the center. Having the opportunity to park your car there and cover everything by walking was a huge plus for us. You've several grocery stores 10-15 minutes from the flat,fantastic La Farina pizzeria in the same building located on street level. Very friendly staff to help and explain you everythin.you need to know.. Our receptionist Laura ? was very nice and friendly,so was the guy in reception next day I guess his name was Vitalij. We strongly recommend this place if you're in Florence for more then a day and want to have all the comfort of not a hotel room but the whole apartment with all the amenities

Location and private parking lot (paid one but very secure). We can take tram to go into the central city so very convenient. Room is big especially living room!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property had lovely and clean rooms with a funky communal living space. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. The location is excellent, right in the center of town (2 mins from the Duomo)! The property is something between an airbnb and a hotel, with cleaning service a few times a week, a small kitchen in the room, a small gym, pool, and sauna as well (very nice and clean!) Highly recommend!
