First and foremost, the owner/management and staff (Erica and Beatriz) are exceptional. Paula deserves 7 stars in a 5 star rating. Super attentive, personable, and committed to ensuring your stay is the most comfortable and accommodating. The prices (depending on the apartment chosen) are very affordable and reasonable. The security at the facility is unmatched; I've never seen anything like it. The common areas and apartments are all uniquely (impressively) decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. The Wi-Fi was super strong and fast. The location is great, in a very quiet, peaceful area, with plenty of easy/convenient public transportation options accessible. There are a couple of supermarkets within easy walking distance from the hotel and if walking is something you like or prefer, you can walk to the downtown/central part of the city and the largest, most popular mall in 25 or 30 minutes of casual walking. If you are in need of a place to stay in Manizales, do not look any further or consider any place other than this hotel.
