I was worried about some comments on not having blackout curtains but at least the rooms had. The bathrooms and their showers were amazing. Location is excellent, very close to the city center with all the restaurants and travel agencies. Parking within closed space.

It starts at 6:30 am but the chef laid it all out, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals, at 6 so we could catch our bus to Torres Del Paine for 7 am. The hotel was fully booked for the end of our stay, but Trotamundos volunteered to store our extra luggage at no charge and even transported it to our new hostel for our final night in Puerto Natales. Truly above and beyond all expectations.
