Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed during our weekend break in Verona. Short walk away from the major tourist attractions. Bag store was also available for us to use for our final day as we had a late return flight.

Reception is great and very service oriented. We had personal issues with our kid and staff did everything to arrange our needs. That's exactly how customer focus should look like. Clean, quiet appartment. Modern interior. Kitchen has microwave that's great to heat food. Very good choice at breakfast, including salty and sweet options. Check-Out time is at 12:00, that's more than usual. Great to sleep longer in the morning.
