Very good location - easy walk to most of the major attractions. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. The room was nicely equipped and decorated. Clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly staff, it was a pleasure to interact with everyone at the hotel, from front desk to breakfast room staff — we felt comfortable and very welcome at every step. The room was on the small side, but comfortable enough and perfectly clean. Perfect location, convenient to reach from the train and bus stations, with restaurants and shops within a couple minutes’ walk, and very close to several vaporetto stops. St Mark’s Basilica around a 20–30 minute walk away. And the breakfasts were excellent, not a huge choice of products but everything clearly high quality, with something for everyone — including vegetarian and vegan options, and scrambled eggs and coffee made to order. 10/10 recommend, we’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, 15 min walk from Santa Lucia train station. Super clean, quiet location, comfortable beds, fresh fruit was left for us on the table. Huge soft towels. Air conditioning was perfect and we could set the temperature as we wanted. We had apartment with two separate bedrooms, kitchen and dining area, and huge bathroom. Everyhing was perfect, definitely worth the price!

The comfort for 4 persons. The location. Many restaurants nearby. Very quiet during the night. We stayed with 2 grandchildren 11 and 13 years. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
