There was a issue with our room hot tub that we didn’t notice until late in the night, we requested a new room, immediately we received a new room! No hassle! The food was good, complimentary breakfast and dinner!! And drinks on the house, drink vouchers, who does that?! Nice little bar with the best bar food in town, great bartender! Our knew hideaway! Nos encantó la estadía aquí y admiración total al señor que supongo que es Gerente o Supervisor(camisa blanca) del hotel que anduvo revisando todo el hotel en todas partes me lo encontraba supervisando .

The room they gave us was on the 4th floor. It was clean and free of smells. It was also a quiet floor at the time of our stay. Check in process was easy and efficient. We were exhausted when we came in, and the ladies in the front desk were very understanding and worked as quickly as possible to get us situated so that we could rest. We really appreciated this.

There was some noise during the day from the airport but did not cause any issues whatsoever. The ‘room’ was actually a three room suite. There was a lounge/dining/kitchen, a separate bathroom in the corridor from the lounge to the bedroom, and a bedroom with two beds. The lounge was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette had a good size fridge, microwave, sink, coffee-maker and counter space. There was also a desk/table and chair for eating or working. A three seater settee and coffee table were also available. I especially liked that there were good lighting options. Mr lounge window looked out to the pool/garden. The bathroom wasn’t huge but easily had enough room. It was well stocked and had a hairdryer. The bedroom window looked onto the main road and part of the hotel car park. Noise from the road was minimal. The pool area was lovely. Lots of sun-beds, and chairs under sun shades. I didn’t try the pool but it was clean and inviting. I had the included breakfast twice. It was well stocked and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Scottsdale Road was close so I had easy access to Scottsdale during my stay. There’s an up market shopping area nearby and a Five Guys (my first visit 😊). A great hotel, very well located in North Scottsdale.

The rooms were nice and practical, including a fully serviced kitchen. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was really well maintained, the pool and hut tub were really nice. The breakfast was great and it offered different options depending on the day. Also the location was hat go near with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance
