This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

I Tulum, 16 kilometer fra Tulum arkeologiske utgravingssted, ligger The Yellow Nest Tulum, som har gratis sykler, gratis privat parkering, et utendørsbasseng og en hage. The staff is very nice and helpful. The property is very beautiful and we really enjoyed the vibe.

The experience was incredible. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by name at the door, to the attentive check-in process, and the delightful aroma in the reception area, everything was perfect. The staff provided exceptional service, giving a thorough tour of the hotel and explaining every detail. The restaurants were wonderful, the nightclub had great music, a fantastic band, and excellent drinks. The attention on the beach and at the pool enhanced the experience, providing maximum comfort.

Offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, Palmaïa – The House of AïA is a luxury all-inclusive resort that features large outdoor pools, a wonderful spa and beauty center, 5 à la carte restaurants... Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Dette fantastiske strandferiestedet ligger på en vakker del av Punta Cancun, innrammet av det karibiske hav. Her kan du nyte en hvit sandstrand og klart blått vann. Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

I Akumal, under 1 kilometer fra Akumal-stranden, ligger Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya - Adults Only, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, et treningsstudio og en hage. The best place I have ever stayed! The entire experience oozed luxury. From start to finish, we were amazed. The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect. Truly a secret paradise and there aren’t enough words to do this place justice. You must experience it for yourself.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Miguel concierge i bygg 15 var utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom! Gledet oss til å gå forbi denne fantastisk hyggelige mannen hver dag. Carmen oppe i baren…fantstisk!!!

I Cancún, 1 minutters gange fra Playa Ballenas-stranden, ligger Secrets The Vine Cancun - All Inclusive Adults Only, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, et treningsstudio og et privat... This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

This Kempinski Hotel Cancun features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a private beach. It offers modern rooms equipped with an iPod docking station, CD player and cable TV. Jeg likte de to herrene som hadde concierge tjenesten - de gjorde en outstanding jobb - øvrig personale syntes jeg også var bra, de aller fleste var på hyggelige og høflige - fine rom med god utsikt fra balkongen (nb! Svært lavt rekkverk og ikke egnet for barn eller fulle folk!)
