El resort Bandos es una isla privada situada a 8 km de Malé. El Bandos Maldives ofrece habitaciones amplias con balcón y vistas al jardín o a la playa. It was a 10-15 minute boat ride from the airport and check in was seamless. We stayed in the over water villas which were modern and beautiful. The food was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We loved Bandos.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to the Maldives. We have been to a few other resorts in the Maldives but this one is really special from the moment you arrive at the airport and threw all our stay. People are just so nice and attentive and they know about your needs even before you. Don't let me start about their restaurants, apart from the main one, the M6M (underwater restaurant) and the Traditions Indoceylon really swept us off our feet.

Nasir from the Rehendi restaurant was very nice. He took the time to talk to us during meals and we learned a lot about the Maldivian culture.
