I liked the hotel, location, food and the beach. It was quite hard to communicate with the reception and concierge. Food quality was very good, tasty, healthy, great variety. F&B manager works very well, very well organised work in all the catering areas. Immediately taking care of empty tables and preparing for another guests on peak time. Room 3304 was amazing. We adored the view, the big balcony, the bed, shower. Absolutely loved it. All buggy drivers were very positive, cheerful and helpful. The garden is amazing, so well kept and looked after very well. Main bar staff very professional, very positive, very frendly.

Pretty much everything. Great food, attentive staff (there was even a person on WhatsApp to answer any questions, and she also sent us the schedule of activities every morning!). Beautiful beaches and activities, excellent cocktails, wine tasting, all in all such a relaxing place. The pools were lovely and the staff attending them were super helpful. It's great for families, while still allowing for a few areas where it's just adults. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

La ubicación perfecta. El trato desde la recepción, el encargado de enseñarnos el complejo, la persona que llevaba las cenas...Todo perfecto. La cama muy cómoda. Nada de ruido. Cuando fui a devolver las toallas Niko encantador. Un lugar donde te sientes acogido. Si no eres un tiquismiquis (y quieres más de lo que está isla te puede dar )y si antepones la belleza y la cultura de los sitios a todo lo demás, éste es sin lugar a dudas tu hotel. Grecia es un poco salvaje y eso es encantador. Si eres de esos a los que les gusta Grecia tal como es, este es sin lugar a duda tu hotel y tú destino.

Entorno, ubicación e instalaciones. El trato del personal, excepcional; en 2 ocasiones nos sorprendieron con fruta y champán en la habitación. El desayuno y la cena, estupenda y difetente cada día. Sin duda, un hotel recomendable.

It was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. The staff were exceptional. The pool attached to the room was worth the additional cost. And the funicular was an added treat as we had never experienced one of these before.

Very big resort with a lot of activities and things to do for all age. They have kept things keeping kids in mind. Good vegetarian food with nice variety of Greek cuisine. Private beach and ofcourse friendly staff.
