Todo perfecto y Haytham super atento con nosotros. La verdad es que no puedo encontrar ninguna pega o defecto en nuestra estancia.

El Gemma Beach Resort alberga una playa privada y ofrece vistas al mar Rojo. También cuenta con piscina cubiertas, piscina al aire libre y centro de bienestar. Our stay at Gemma Resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs, welcomed with cold drinks and warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, with the receptionist providing all necessary information in a calm and professional manner. We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" tiene un gimnasio, jardín, una zona de playa privada y salón compartido en Quseir. What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

El Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort se encuentra cerca de Port Ghalib, a 42 km de Marsa Alam. Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The Food was amazing and the room had a direct sea view /thank you so much for this amazing holiday

The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were spotless and provided all the amenities I needed for a great stay. A huge thank you to Mr. Hosny, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a real difference. Thanks to him, I felt truly welcome and looked after, and he helped make my experience memorable.

El Three Corners Happy Life Resort se encuentra en la costa oeste del mar Rojo, a 37 km al norte de la ciudad de Marsa Alam. El Three Corners Happy Life Beach Resort ofrece acceso directo a la playa. Está muy bien en general. Personal muy amable, especialmente Ayman, el Bell Captain. También nos gustó mucho el Spa: Mai Elarapy y Ayaat.

Este complejo de todo incluido, con una recóndita playa privada, se encuentra en Berenice, Hamata. Nos encantó el lugar, tranquilo ya que era lo que buscábamos, y un arrecife precioso. La habitación , la comida, todo muy bien. Calidad-precio perfecto, (hasta te entran casi todas las bebidas ). Están muy atentos a que te encuentres a gusto, y por lo que he podido ver por cosas negativas en comentarios antiguos, hacen lo posible por mejorarlo. También probamos el Orca dive, aunque la salida era un poco cara, valió mucho la pena. Total, que hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.
