Excellent service. The staff was very attentive and responsive. The chief at the restaurant was cooking fries for our kid as she requested fries only and didn’t except anything else. The girl at the reception (unfortunately don’t remember her name) upgraded our room which was very nice.

The choice and variety was excellent. The gluten free restaurant (Bounty Beets) was so brilliant for my coeliac daughter. The staff were all so friendly and engaged with my kids. The pools, water park and kids facilities are excellent! Room was spacious with great garden access.
