Este complejo de todo incluido, con una recóndita playa privada, se encuentra en Berenice, Hamata. Nos encantó el lugar, tranquilo ya que era lo que buscábamos, y un arrecife precioso. La habitación , la comida, todo muy bien. Calidad-precio perfecto, (hasta te entran casi todas las bebidas ). Están muy atentos a que te encuentres a gusto, y por lo que he podido ver por cosas negativas en comentarios antiguos, hacen lo posible por mejorarlo. También probamos el Orca dive, aunque la salida era un poco cara, valió mucho la pena. Total, que hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.

Panoramic views of the Rub al Khali Desert can be admired from this 5-star resort’s infinity pool and sun-lounger terrace. It is the best place I have ever been. The hotel is beautiful. The environment is incredible, it is a paradise in the middle of the desert. The facilities are great. The infinity pool is really beautiful. The quad activity is amazing. You have total freedom to take the quad and go wherever you want through the desert dunes. My wife and I took the all inclusive plan and we were very surprised. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were worthy of a top restaurant, in addition to multiple snacks (pizza, chicken wings, spring rolls, ...) and all kinds of drinks, including alcohol. However, even though the whole hotel is top 10, the best thing was undoubtedly the service. We had never experienced such good and professional attention, far above our experience. Especially Ajit's service and attention. He is responsible for making it the best days of our life. We were not able to say goodbye to him, so I would like him to receive our most sincere congratulations from us. It is a pleasure to meet professionals who always try to give the best in their work and to please others. Since we have returned to Spain, we have not stopped recommending the Hotel, the service and Ajit's professionalism. No doubt we will be back soon. Ubicado al lado de 1 km de playa de arena privada, Shams Alam Beach Resort ofrece diversión y relajación en la Reserva Natural Wadi Gimal. I liked everything about Shams Alam Resort. The food was excellent, with a lot of variety including gluten-free bread, and desserts. The location was great too, fairly close to famous diving spots like Sharm El Luli and Dolphin Reef. The hotel has good facilities, like wellness center with hairdresser, an exceptional organic essential oil shop with lots of other authentic Egyptian art and souvenirs. The hotel receptionists are very helpful with booking trips and taxis. There is also a diving center and they make trips to beautiful reefs such as Hamadi islands and other amazing snorkling /diving spots. I loved absolutely everything. Don't expect a brand new hotel, it is one of the oldest hotels in Marsa Alam but well taken care of. Old but gold!
