Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. Overall, our experience at the InterContinental Crete was exceptional. Whether you're looking for relaxation, luxury, or top-tier service, this hotel truly delivers on all fronts. I liked the view best. Terrace for the breakfast and wine in the evening is perfect to enjoy the beautiful sea view. Hotel pool surrounded by olive trees is one of my favourites, too. Room are clean, staff super friendly.

The apartment is near the beach. It is very good when you are with children. The room is big and you can see sea from the balcony:) Very tasty food for breakfast and dinner. You can choose what you like. Everything was good.

If you want to have good vacation, do nothing, drink good wines, eat good food and have the best rest - it’s place for you. We reset our bodies here, it’s so quiet place, peacefull. You have pools, good sea spot, restaurants, bars, mini market, spa.. Everyday you can track plans and events at the hotel by their app. There are excursions, movie nights, and many more. It’s far from airport and city, but it’s village, just for the rest. If you want to go to different beaches, restaurants, you need to rent a car. We had the best 6 nights here and then went to Malia for 2 nights to have a little fun at discos, bars and crowd, the best decision!

The room was amazing, we took the suit with the private and bigger swim for our hoonymoon. I must mention the surprise they made for us with decorated the room with roses, my wife was so excited and happy from it. The food is wonderfull in each 4 resteraunts, and the view from all of them is terrific that help to relax and enjoy the place even more. They have many kinds of cocktails and great local wines all the day that you can't resist to it. In addion, we used the spa for massage that was amazing. I don't remember all the names of the stuff, except Anna-Marie who welcomed us, but all of them were always with smile and intent to make our vaction the best. We wished to be more time then what we had, but we definitely recommend it and return again.
