All the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Marvel went above and beyond for us. Tino was our driver for the couple of days we were there and he was also fantastic, full of advice on where to go and what to do. Rooms were lovely and clean too.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

The breakfast selection was expansive and the eggs done exactly as per order. The hotel sits on an excellent location with brilliant views of the Zambezi River. The hotel boasts of unique and well-thought out buildings. The staff was extra friendly and always eager to help guests. It is one place in Victoria Falls City, Zimbabwe, we shall be visiting over and over again soon.
