We were very much in doubt about this place, due to the low ratings. However, the reality is that the hotel was hit badly by the December 2024 earthquake and they are currently rebuilding the place. We got one of the new rooms. Thus, everything is freshly painted and all furniture is new. Consequently, we can highly recommend it for a night or two if you need to be close to the airport. It is just a short walking distance.

The facilities are clean and generally in good condition, but even when there have been issues the team was very quick at taking care of them. WiFi worked very well and the location was good, being in walking distance to the town centre and very close to shops and a money exchange place.
