Great breakfast and room service offering too. But it was Max who really made the difference... he messaged me personally via WhatsApp after my flight landed to ensure I found the correct location for the shuttle bus. At the same time he mentioned that I have been upgraded to a suite with airport view, and even arranged for the air conditioning to be switched on to cool the room in time for my arrival. Great service - even before I got to the hotel! During my stay and even after I have checked-out, Max stayed in touch and checked if everything was OK.
