The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. I had to leave before the breakfast opened and they prepared a sandwich, an apple and a water to go! That was super sweet! (I let them know I would be checking out earlier the night before when they told me the breakfast times). I spent the night because I had an early flight and it was super easy and fast to get to the airport by Uber. It was comfortable and clean. I recommend it! 😊
