I had an amazing stay at the Shelton Rezidor Guest House! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. When I entered the property, I could tell it was not just a typical guest house. The lawns amused me and the walking space inside the guest house. My room was Room 820, had a really good terrace outside.
I walked inside the guest house and felt very secure because of the environment it felt like I'm at home.
I asked them to take care of the bedsheets and pillow cover before arriving, and they delivered.
Food was fresh they took 45 mins on my order but the food was hygienic and tasted real good.
The staff was professional yet friendly

I recently visited hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room condition was extremely poor — it was dirty and had a very bad smell, which is uncomfortable for stay
As a guest, I expected basic cleanliness and hygiene, but the standards were not met at all. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better maintenance and cleanliness for future guests.

I had the most wonderful time.
I had the most wonderful time. I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality as that which I received in Peshawar. Not in my extensive travels around the world. There is a huge amount of security throughout the city. There were a lot of armed police, army and security around the city so, obviously, there is potential danger but I, personally felt absolutely safe and shall returned soon. The food, too, was absolutely delicious.
