I got a broken Aircon during my stay and it got repaired within a few days.

It was a very pleasant stay. And thank you to the owners for listening to my comments the hot water is installed which makes the apartment perfect for me.

An amazing apartment with a comfortable bed, 2 blankets, a smart TV with Netflix, etc, equipped kitchen and bathroom. A great location, very quiet but still very close to city center! For sure we are coming back :-)
