The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and the staff were incredibly friendly and personable. When we arrived the owner was incredibly welcoming and told us places to visit, things to do and where to eat dinner. She was an exceptional host. Would definitely stay again!

It's very tasteful decorative interior is top quality.
The host makes you a fantastic breakfast that start your day with a smile on your face overall if I'm in the whanganui area again then the bungalow is my choice of accommodation cheers jo please thank the hostess for all her efforts to make my stay so excellent.

We went to a roast place for dinner on Saturday night, got a large and shared it, it was ample for the two of us. We were for a Dog Agility event so did not do any sightseeing, but when visit I always think the place would be a great place to live.
Loved Whanganui - wonderful galleries, Saturday market, cafes with excellent coffee, locally owned independent shops, friendly locals and so much history. Great river walkway/cycle path. Lots to see and do in Whanganui and local region.
