The surroundings! Full of nature. The little extra touches to make it more homely such as the seating area, camping area and outdoor tub. The inside is gorgeously done up. It really felt like home.

We arrived to a personal greeting for each member of our group.
Gerda and Niekie were exceptional hosts. Their staff were very polite and accommodating as well.
Their meals were good and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm.
The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean.
The mattresses really comfortable.
Lastly, their attention to detail was very good and they were also helpful in other ways too.
Can recommend a stay here.

Considering that the lodge exists in order to finance the animal sanctuary, once you book this rooms you have the feeling that you are doing something good. We were staying in the lodge and not in the villas and the internal arrangement of the room was amazing, the best in Namibia and beyond. We did the jaguar experience and it was really an experience.

Place is close to airport , hence we stayed here to catch our early morning flight. It's a beautiful place to be , felt like home. Our host was very friendly and treated us like family, even my children were amused. Thank you and Namaste !
