The food and drinks there are just unique and special sustainable. There is also very moving story behind the special kitchen and the special cooking art. You would be so surprised how wonderful the food and the way they present the food and drinks are. You should not miss to dinning at Bed and Breakfast when you travel to Lahad Datu! Fantastic place, so comfortable and clean. Nice dip pool to cool off (shallow, don't expect to do laps but so refreshing), beautiful staff who wouldn't stop gifting me delicious foods to sample. Great breakfast included. Quiet beautiful garden for relaxing. All tour companies know it well and will meet you here. Everything works perfectly. I stayed multiple times and would go back with a smile.

From what we saw, pretty much the only reason to stay in...
From what we saw, pretty much the only reason to stay in Lahad Datu is to catch a plane. We were there about 24 hours which was plenty. The airport is one of the smallest I have ever been to and was hot and crowded, but the plane was on time and got us to Kota Kinabalu.

Borneo Rainforest Lodge accommodation was great.
Borneo Rainforest Lodge accommodation was great. The tour for 2 nights was lovely. We saw the dolphins, food bats, cuckoo and beautiful birds in the morning safari and the fire flies, civet, crocodile, marble cat in the night safari.
