Located in the village of Egilsstadir, next to the Lagarfljot River, Hotel Edda offers free internet access. On-site parking is free. We arrived late they left the key at the reception. The room is good and clean.

We have been checked in by a lovely and friendly lady!Very helpful.The cottage was really nice and clean.inside was warm and cosy.The Breakfast was great!

Everything (bathroom, linnen kitchen etc.) is clean and perfect. When I asked about heating system, they ran to fix it even though it was 10 p.m. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment . Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The host, Andy, was very helpful.

Great location and amazing, welcoming hosts. Property was clean and comfortable; great recommendations on things to do. Bonus - our kids were about the same age as the property owners, and they all had a blast playing together.

Berjaya Hérað Hotel is situated in Egilsstadir, 5 km from Lagarfljot River. It offers a terrace bar and 24-hour room service. All rooms have Wi-Fi, satellite TV and wooden floors. Outstandingly friendly staff, lots of space, very clean and modern. The big Windows were a big plus,, we were able to see the northern lights from our bed! The soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel also were good quality. Close to gas station and grocery store. The restaurant was also good, the reindeer ragout was fantastic!
