I stayed at Lakshmi Villa in Hampi recently and had a good experience. The owners live downstairs and were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. They also offer home-cooked meals, which are simple and tasty — you can opt in for them if you like. Since I was travelling alone, safety was important for me, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease here. They even helped me find a two-wheeler rental, which made exploring Hampi a lot easier. There’s proper vehicle parking too, which is a plus. Overall, it felt like staying at a place that genuinely cares about its guests — warm, safe, and easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

Mango Tree is a small hotel where you'll feel at home. The room was super clean and breakfasts were very delicious. Most importantly the owners are the most welcoming, generaous and lovely people you'd ever meet. Lakshmi who runs the place, made sure we are comfortable and helped us discovering the area with useful tips. We'll be coming back again for our next Hampi visit without any hesitation. Recommended 10/10

Great location. Very close to all the temples. Our host was an official Hampi guide, so we used him for our first day. Excellent. Real home stay. We interacted with the family. The meals were all exceptional.

Yummy breakfast with lots of options, rustic restaurant with amazing crowd and cheerful Anna preparing cuisines and serving with respect. Breakfast can be opted either at stay or at shop serving it named Laxmi restaurant but it would taste better if you visit restaurant itself for addons required as well as hot and fresh food.
