They couldn't do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I liked there being two restaurants next door to the hotel. The food was delicious, and the menus catered for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is of a very high standard. It's only about 10-15 minutes from the centre of Jamnagar by Tut Tut! My suitcase didn't arrive on my flight, I experienced great difficulty in contacting the airline to retrieve my suitcase. The general manager, Mr Prem Raje, was the most caring and understanding hotel manager I have ever met. He made several phone calls on my behalf and I eventually got my suitcase. Without the help of Mr Raje, I don't think I would have seen my suitcase again. Mr Raje, I am extremely grateful for your assistance and the time you spent getting my suitcase.
