The staff members and the management team were very polite and courteous. The place was very well maintained with high-standard facilities in an excellent location. As a foreigner, I find many apartments or hotels in India not mathcing the descriptions specified in websites in reality. However, Borail Homes exceeded my expectations, and they provided better services and facilities than the actual descriptions outlined in booking.com. The place is highly recommended.
