The room was spacious and clean. Great hotel for a reasonable price. They even provide 'grab and go' breakfast for free if your flight is an early one. I recommend this hotel if you arrive late to shannon or if you have an early flight.

The Studio apartment near Shannon Airport is a fantastic spot to use as a homebase while exploring the westside of Ireland. Judith was very accommodating and helpful with any questions that I had during my stay. It is a short walk to some shopping and restaurants. With that said, I would recommend having your own transportation; however, I am not sure that its entirely necessary.

The host was welcoming and friendly, gave us lots of information about where to go and what to see, very lovely couple very accommodating, nice fresh clean B&B, we only stayed for one night, wish we had time to stay another. Highly recommend.

This is an independent, locally owned property - it was a pleasure to stay here. The building was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff were so very helpful and professional in their interactions. Besides the hotel, the building contains a lovely restaurant (fish and chips cooked to perfection) and a charming pub - Shannon Springs Hotel is a great place to recharge before or after a long flight in or out of Shannon Airport. There are bus stops immediately outside the building and you can be whisked there within minutes.

It was a lovely house, had all we needed. Was in a good location, a short drive to Bunratty Castle and pubs. A plentiful breakfast in the dining room was provided. The hosts were really nice.

Very beautiful, cozy place.
I absolutely loved the building, the decor was amazing!
Joe the owner greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us around.
Very nice, funny and friendly. Went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Also made us amazing perfect Irish breakfast!
There are multiple restaurants nearby, also.
The room was big, cozy, the bathroom is wonderful and modern.
I highly recommend this place!

The room was freezing (as we're others) , the staff unhelpful and an unapologetic manager. Couldn't manage to get my rewards without multiple visits to reception (at least two other guests gave up) and got slapped by a 25euro charge for checking in an hour early .

Shannon airport is a hidden gem of a flying experience.
Shannon airport is a hidden gem of a flying experience. I highly recommend you use Shannon as your airport, especially for a holiday on Ireland's west coast. If you don't want to drive, it is well connected via bus to Galway or to Limerick, which has connections to everywhere else in Ireland via bus and train. If you do want to drive, you probably don't want to stay right in Shannon, but there is something for everyone nearby.
