Very clean, well maintained and managed, located on 3rd floor (North American, but 2nd to European definition) without an elevator, not accessible with a wheelchair. Great size bathroom with shower including extra capacity washing machine. Heating and cooling, high speed 5G and 2.4 internet. A single car parking space.
